INSTRUCTIONS

1 Cook Cheese Tortellini

Fill medium sized pot with water and put on medium high heat. Once water begins to boil, pour cheese tortellini into the pot. Let the cheese tortellini cook until it begins to float, about 3-5 minutes.

2 Prepare Salad

Wash and dry produce. Chop romaine add ¼ cup parmesan cheese and croutons in small bowl and set aside. Slice zucchini and chop the red onion.

3 Cook Ground Beef

In a large skillet cook the ground beef over medium high heat until no longer pink; drain.

4 Add Vegetables

Once ground beef is fully cooked, stir in sliced zucchini and chopped red onion.

5 Cook Tortellini and Sauce

Drain tortellini; add to skillet. Stir in marinara sauce, heavy cream and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Add chopped tomatoes and 1 tbsp basil.

6 Serve

Pull from stove, divide between two plates, top with the remaining basil and parmesan cheese. Serve.
