HOW IT WORKS
How do I place my first order?
Simply click on the "Get Started" button or head over to the Pricing page and select your preferred variety of meals. Then choose if you would like to have your meals shipped or if you would like to pick them up from our facility in Meridian, ID. Enter your payment method and then check out! It's that simple.
How does Simple Bites Meals work?
Too busy to cook or just want to Simplify your life and have home cooked meals prepared for you? Our prepared meals are made fresh and are microwave and oven safe. Just store in your freezer (can be stored for up to 6 months) or fridge (can be stored for up to 5 days) and pull out for those days you didn't plan lunch or dinner! Choose convenience. CHOOSE SIMPLE.
What types of payment can I use?
We accept all major credit cards and also offer checkout through PayPal.
How can I pick up my order?
When you go to check out, select "pick up" as your delivery method. All orders are processed during our business hours (Monday - Friday). Orders are ready for pick up in 24 hours or less during the business week. Once order is ready for pick up, you will receive an email from us with instructions where to pick up at our facility.
When can I pick up my order?
All orders can be picked up during our pick up hours which are Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (MT). Hours may vary on holidays.
MANAGING MY ACCOUNT
How do I make an account?
To make an account, enter your first, last name, email and create a password. By creating an account, it allows the website to remember you when returning. NO SUBSCRIPTION.
How do I reset my password associated with my account?
To change your password, click on login. From the login password screen, click on "Forgot your password" option. The "Reset Password" screen will allow you to put in your email address. Click "Submit" to send the password reset email. .
Can I cancel an order that is marked as 'Order Processed' or 'Shipped'?
Unfortunately, once an order has been processed and shipped it cannot be canceled or changed.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Where do you ship to?
To guarantee freshness, we ship UPS 2 day ground to Idaho, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, California, Utah, Colorado, Wyoming and Montana. We do ship to other states in the United States but UPS rates may be higher due to not being in the 2 day ground shipping zone.
How do I track my delivery?
You will be notified via email when your order has been shipped. You can find the UPS tracking number in the email you receive.
When will my delivery arrive?
In 1 or 2 business days after receiving your shipment confirmation.
Will my food stay fresh in transit?
Yes, we have packed your box with gel packs and insulated liners.
What delivery days are there in my area?
We ship Monday-Wednesday with a 2 day transit window.
What if I'm not around during delivery?
Our packages are packed with gel packs and insulated liners. Please unpack as soon as you arrive home and place in the refrigerator.
What should I do if my delivery is late?
You will be notified via email when your order is shipped with a tracking number that you can monitor. If your delivery arrives a day later than expected and you have concerns about freshness, please contact us .
