HOW IT WORKS

How do I place my first order?

Simply click on the "Get Started" button or head over to the Pricing page and select your preferred Meal Plan. Then choose your delivery days and which meals you'd like delivered. Enter your payment method and then check out! It's that simple.

How do Simple Bites Prepared Meals work?

Too busy to cook or just want to Simplify your life and have home cooked meals prepared for you? Our prepared meals are made fresh and delivered, within a 15 mile radius, right to your office or doorstep. Once your order is placed, we schedule the appropriate preparations and make the delivery. All you have to do it enjoy.

How do I select my Simple Bites Prepared Meals?

Once you've selected your meal plan, you'll be directed to the Meal Selection page. For a 3-day plan, you'll simply choose the dates you'd like to receive delivery. As you select each day, the options for those days will appear below. Choose ONE meal per delivery day and when finished, click "Add to Cart" to proceed to checkout.
For a five-day plan, you'll simply choose one meal per day from the options listed.

How do Simple Bites Meal Kits work?

Simple Bites Meal Kits include all the groceries and instructions you need to create a delicious meal quickly and easily. It's a great way to try new recipes or just make mealtimes simple after a busy day.

Simply place your order, Sunday-Wednesday for the following week delivery, and we'll deliver your meal kits right to your door!

How do I select my Simple Bites Meal Kits?

Select your desired Meal Kit plan on the Pricing page, then choose the appropriate number of meal kit options on the Meal Selection page.

What types of payment can I use?

We accept all major credit cards and also offer checkout through PayPal.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver prepared lunch and dinner meals to a 15-mile radius from our location in Meridian, Idaho. Our meal kits can be delivered to any location within our 2-day UPS delivery area. Please refer to the delivery map on our Contact page for more information.

MANAGING MY ACCOUNT

How do I skip a delivery?

Log into the site with your username and password. Then select "Manage Subscriptions." Click "Delivery Schedule" to view your list of scheduled deliveries. Simply click "Skip" next to the delivery or deliveries that you would like to skip.

How do I reschedule a meal delivery?

There is no need to reschedule. By clicking "Skip" you will simply skip the current week and receive delivery the following week.

How do I view my account balance?

Log into the site with your username and password. Then select "Manage Subscriptions." Click "Purchase History" to view your list of purchases.

How do I update my account information?

Log into the site with your username and password. Then select "Manage Subscriptions." Click "Billing Information" to view your card on file and billing information.

How do I cancel my account?

Log into the site with your username and password. Then select "Manage Subscriptions." Click "Subscriptions" to view your subscriptions. Select "Cancel" next to the item. Select the reason and add a comment if you like.

How do I update my delivery address?

Log into the site with your username and password. Then select "Manage Subscriptions." Click "Subscriptions". Next the subscription listed, click "Edit." Scroll down to "Shipping" and click "Edit" under the current address. Make the desired changes on the "Shipping Address" page and click the "Save" button.

How can I switch my plan?

Log into the site with your username and password. Then select "Manage Subscriptions." Click "Subscriptions." Next the subscription listed, click "Swap." Select a new product from the list or search by key word and click on the desired product. In the product details screen review and then click the "Swap Product" button.

How do I update the email address associated with my account?

To change your email address, log into the site with your username and password. Then select "Manage Subscriptions." Click "Billing Information." You can edit your email then click "Save."
   

How do I reset my password associated with my account?

To change your password, click on login. From the login password screen, click on "Forgot your password" option. The "Reset Password" screen will allow you to put in your email address. Click "Submit" to send the password reset email. .

How do I update my payment information?

Log into the site with your username and password. Then select "Manage Subscriptions." Click "Billing Information" to view your card on file and billing information. Click "Update Card" to edit the card on file. Enter your new card information then click the "Update Card" button to save your changes. Click "Edit" to update the Billing information. Make your changes and click the "Save" button to save your changes.

What's my weekly cutoff date & time to make changes to each upcoming order?

The current week's menu will be changed on Tuesday at 4pm MST to the next week's menu options. Anything ordered before that time will be from the current week's menu and anything ordered after that time will be next week's menu..

Can I skip an order that is marked as 'Order Processed' or 'Shipped'?

Unfortunately, once an order has been processed and shipped it cannot be canceled or changed.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How do I track my delivery?

You will be notified via email when your order has been shipped. You can find the UPS tracking number in the email you receive.

When will my delivery arrive?

New menus are added Sunday-Wednesday for selection.  Those meals will be sent out the following week.

Will my food stay fresh in transit?

Yes, we have packed your box with gel packs and insulated liners.

What delivery days are there in my area?

We ship Monday-Wednesday with a 2 day transit window.

What if I'm not around during delivery?

Our packages are packed with gel packs and insulated liners.  Please unpack as soon as you arrive home and place in the refrigerator.

What should I do if my delivery is late?

You will be notified via email when your order is shipped with a tracking number that you can monitor. If your delivery arrives a day later than expected and you have concerns about freshness, please contact us .
