Returns/Refunds

We’re very sorry, but perishable food products cannot be returned. All items from our online store are sold on a non-returnable basis unless defective.

We provide all nutritional information, product ingredients and weights of meals on the website.  If you would like to have copies of this information prior to purchase for yourself and/or your providers review or would like to purchase 1 meal for tasting purposes, please call 1-208-893-5556 or email at simplebitesmeals@outlook.com 

Due to the wide range of personal taste preferences and food likes/dislikes, we unfortunately do not offer refunds or replacements for products that are “not quite to your liking.”

We do our best to minimize product breakage in transit; however, it can experience some breakage during shipping. If your food product arrived damaged or contaminated in any way, please contact us directly and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Please DO NOT return any food product without contacting us first for specific information regarding the return process.

Returns:

For instances where product is defective, damaged, or contaminated, you may contact us to request an exchange.

Refunds:

No refund given, exchange offered for damaged or incorrect orders.

Once your request is received and approved, your exchange or store credit will be processed, within five (5) days.
