INSTRUCTIONS |
1 Preheat Oven Heat oven to 450 degrees. |
2 Prepare Vegetables Wash and dry all produce. Cut tomato, mushrooms and red onion in slices. |
3 Sautee Mushrooms In a skillet, under medium high heat, melt butter and cook mushrooms to desired tenderness. |
4 Prepare and Cook Potatoes Wash and cut russet potatoes into wedges and coat with a little bit of olive oil, salt and pepper to your liking on a baking sheet. Place in oven to cook for about 45 minutes. |
5 Prepare and Shape Patties In a large bowl, combine ground beef, salt and pepper, mixing lightly but thoroughly. Shape into two patties. |
6 Cook Burgers Grill burgers, covered, over medium heat or broil 3-4 inches from heat until a thermometer reads 160 degrees, 3-4 minutes on each side. Before pulling beef patties off heat, place a slice of swiss cheese over them to melt. |
7 Serve Divide burger buns and oven baked French fries between two plates and put beef patty on bun and top with cooked mushrooms and desired toppings. Serve. |
