Our Story...
When Beth was only 6-years-old, her mom received a phone call from a neighbor letting her know that "little Beth was going door-to-door selling chocolate covered peanuts!" Her mom went looking for her to come home. Beth came home with money in her pocket and proud of her sales. She asked Beth where was she going to get the peanuts and Beth looked into her mom's eyes and said, "I was going to have you make them!" Her mom tried not to laugh as she was telling her that you can't sell something you don't have and she is not allowed to go door-to-door...stranger danger!
Beth's dad worked nights and when he came home, Beth could hear her mom telling her dad what she had done that day...all of sudden she heard, "Beth what did you do today?" Beth got in big trouble for selling something that she did not have and for not asking for permission. Fast forward- Beth is now a successful entrepreneur of 23 years-Simple Bites is her creation selling grab-n-go sandwiches, salads, wraps, snacks and chocolate covered peanuts in many retail locations.
